if u wanna stay in south beach, this place has a super central location. the staff is friendly n greet u when u arrive. my room was cleaned daily n i got fresh coffee every day. it was nice being only a couple blocks from the beach, made it easy to chill by the shore.
the room could use a bit more modern touches n the bed wasn't the comfiest ever, but it was manageable.

The beach is just a block away, and the pool area is great for relaxation under the palm trees. We especially loved the beach chairs set up for guests and the strong, reliable WiFi for keeping in touch. The warm and friendly staff added to our enjoyable family stay.
In my kid’s opinion, the sounds from the nearby nightclubs were a bit distracting at bedtime. A quieter room option would make the stay much better for families.

The location is prime, situated just a short stroll from the beach, making it easy to soak up the sun. The vibrant decor injects a fun atmosphere throughout the hotel, creating a lively and stylish vibe.
The hotel deals with some annoying issues that might not appeal to everyone. Noise from other guests can be a problem, as doors slam often and inconsiderate behavior can disrupt the peace. Furthermore, the supposed non-smoking policy isn't enforced, leading to smoke wafting into rooms from outdoor areas. The pillows are more like cushions, offering minimal comfort. Additionally, the bathroom lacks adequate storage, and the outdated elevator hasn't been serviced properly, making for a frustrating experience during peak times.

Had an unforgettable time with friends! The pool area was amazing, with palm trees and two jacuzzis to chill by. We loved the access to the Beach Club and enjoyed epic nights at LIV and Story, two of the best nightclubs in the area. The WiFi was solid, and local phone calls were a nice perk for us while exploring the nearby spots.
One downside was the ice bucket incident. We found a bar of soap with hair at the bottom of the bucket when we asked for ice. It was pretty unsanitary and took a bit away from our experience.

Good Vibes, Right Location
The Axel Premium room was adequate for a one-night stay. The nearby taco shop offered delicious bites, perfect for late-night cravings. However, I recommend requesting a room away from the pool area to enjoy more tranquility. Overall, worth it for a quick getaway, but expect some noise.
